Really hoping laremy tunsil ends up on this list….
Don’t hold your breath.
Dang. Well we have d.j. so I can’t complain
is rivals still around? they don’t matter anymore. they are gator haters.
Really? Biggest network out of any of them. And I work there. They’re not Gator haters. So hush.
Well, after being evaluated by a few independent people, they are marginally the most “accurate” of the recruiting services, at least when it comes to predicting potential. That means they were evaluated based on their ranking out of high school and their performance in college, using metrics like all-conference, all-american, and years started/lettered. It’s still all a joke, but they’re generally better at it than ESPN and whomever else does this stuff and charges people money to read it
If you’re going to pay for recruiting news, Rivals is the site to join. And you can get a discount coming from OGGOA if you e-mail me.
Doubt it cause we already have Max Garcia, Tyler Moore, and possibly Trenton Brown coming next season with returning O line players Patchan, Halapio, Harrison, Koehne, Silberman, Green, Dunker, and Humphries.
Who is Patchan? lol
Gotta chuckle at Sherit falling 108 spots. If that doesn’t tell you these rankings are voodoo, I don’t know what will.
Tore his ACL. Hasn’t been able to play, so he fell. Adam Lane missed a full season, which is why he wasn’t in the initial 250 and still hasn’t earned his way back in.
This is exactly why I never pay that much attention to overall rankings. Sure we want a bunch of kids who have been ranked high but the main goal is a bunch. How many highly ranked players have we see do nothing the last few years? It is more important to get 25 quality guys each year and let the best rise to the top rather than worry about getting guys who are ranked near the top. This is not a knock against Rivals or recruiting service it is just the truth.
