Florida basketball schedule 2020-21: Gators complete slate set with tipoff times, TV assignments

Florida Gators basketball this week, in conjunction with the Southeastern Conference, announced its completed schedule for the 2020-21 season. Though the season started a bit later than usual due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which also resulted in the SEC schedule and television assignments being finalized just over two weeks before action is set to commence, Florida’s slate is still significant this season with 18 league games set to be played.

Among the nonconference games remaining for the Gators this season are a trip to Florida State on Saturday and the SEC/Big-12 Challenge against West Virginia on Jan. 30.

Florida had games against UConn, Oklahoma and Virginia canceled as part of its nonconference slate. As such, the Gators will not play a Power Five opponent at home until its second game of the SEC schedule against LSU on Jan. 2.

In addition to its annual home-and-home series against Georgia, Kentucky and Vanderbilt, this year Florida will also see LSU and Tennessee twice each. The Gators will play the Wildcats and Tigers once each on CBS.
