2 » New England Patriots defensive tackle Dominique Easley competed in 11-on-11 drills in practice for the first time on Monday, moving closer and closer to being cleared to see the field for the team. According to the Providence Journal’s Mark Daniels, Easley has been spending time “in the video room and in his playbook” while taking mental reps and learning the ropes. “It feels real good,” Easley said about getting back on the field. “I haven’t done that since last September so it’s just a work in progress, trying to get better every day. … As far as mentally, I’m good to go. I already went through it one time so I feel good to go. I just got to work in with the team and do what I can with the team.”
