Excitement continues to build as the Week Zero showdown between the No. 8 Florida Gators and Miami Hurricanes is approaching. The in-state rivals will have the attention of the nation in just over 10 days, which makes it the perfect time for Florida to unveil a fresh look.
The Gators unveiled this week that they will be rocking new Jordan 1 retro cleats for the matchup in Orlando, Florida. Head coach Dan Mullen made the announcement in a video posted to Twitter.

This will be the second year Florida is sporting the Jordan Brand after moving from Nike. It is one of just four Power Five programs to wear Jumpman — along with North Carolina, Oklahoma and Michigan.
The partnership has been fruitful so far for the Gators — both on the field and off — and it looks to be continuing with these exclusive cleats.
