Hanging out in the top 10 for much of the nonconference slate, Florida Gators basketball fell completely out of the AP Top 25 earlier this season after dropping four games in a five-game span crossing from late November until early December.

With two victories over ranked opponents in as many weeks, Florida (14-5, 6-1 SEC) returned to the top 25 on Monday, checking in at No. 20 in the updated poll. The Gators are one of three SEC teams in this week’s AP Top 25, all of which are at the bottom of the rankings.
