Fresh off a significantly disappointing home loss, the Florida Gators will be looking to regain some momentum in a difficult road spot when it faces the No. 19 LSU Tigers on Saturday Night in Death Valley. The first of three straight ranked opponents the Gators will battle to end the season, the Tigers are expected to be at full strength with quarterback Jayden Daniels not yet cleared but progressing in concussion protocol.

Florida sophomore linebacker Jack Pyburn, who was injured at the end of the Arkansas game, has been ruled out for the season with a knee injury. That created a slight realignment at his position group, though the most notable changes to this week’s depth chart come in the secondary.

Starting defensive tackles junior Cam Jackson and redshirt sophomore Tyreak Sapp are off the injury report after both missed last week’s game with upper-body injuries. Also active for the first time in a while is sophomore wide receiver Thai Chiaokhiao-Bowman, who is back in action as a second stringer.

Sophomore WR Caleb Douglas (lower body) and junior tight end Jonathan Odom (concussion protocol) remain out.

Let’s take a look at the depth chart ahead of Saturday’s key game against LSU.

Offense

QB: Graham Mertz, Max Brown, Jack Miller III, Micah Leon
RB: Montrell Johnson Jr., Trevor Etienne, Treyaun Webb

LG: Richie Leonard IV, Knijeah Harris, Christian Williams
C: Kingsley Eguakun, Jake Slaughter
RG: Micah Mazzccua, Jalen Farmer
RT: Damieon George Jr., Lyndell Hudson II

Chiaokhiao-Bowman is off the injury report and back in his second-string role behind Wilson, which led to Burke and Fraziers shifting as well.

Defense

F: Tyreak Sapp, Kamran James OR Kelby Collins

Jack Pyburn was removed from multiple reserve roles as he is out for the season with a knee injury. The “OR” designation was removed with Nunnery winning the starting inside linebacker job alongside Williams. Moore has moved ahead of Kimber despite the “OR” designation remaining. Castell is now an entrenched starter with Thornton receiving the “OR” designation alongside Mitchell instead. Sophomore safety Kamari Wilson remains unlisted.
