    Thanks for these updates Adam.

Speaking of three Gator ints…remember when we had all those guys on one defensive unit?

  2. Gator Man says:

Adam: This is such a great list–it really shows how many Gators are making an impact in the NFL and it’s always great to cheer on a former Gator. …Also, I notice that you have Janoris Jenkins on the list even though he didn’t finish his career at UF. With that logic, should you include Cam Newton and other transfers? Or not include either player? Or is Cam not included because he didn’t start for UF while here…just a thought…

obgator: It’s amazing that all three of them played together at the same time. No wonder our defense rocked…

    • I’ve thought about all of this. I did a poll during the NFL Draft to see if fans wanted Janoris covered and they voted yes. The difference between Janoris and Cam is that Janoris (1) actually started for three full years at Florida and (2) never played at another D-I school. Cam, on the other hand, never started for Florida and went on to Auburn after playing in D-II for a year. Very different situations.

  3. sjkoepp says:

Yeah, I think I even remember reading somewhere that Janoris stilll considers himself a gator. I think it’s fair to include him on these lists.

  4. GatorGrad98 says:

plus (strictly from my perspective of course), I just don’t like Cam!

  5. scooterp says:

I guess, you can now call us the “Defensive Back U”.
