Three-star WR Antonio Callaway commits to the Florida Gators on National Signing Day

Though three-star wide receiver Antonio Callaway (Miami, FL) at one point appeared destined to stay in South Florida, he officially committed to the Florida Gators early Wednesday on National Signing Day.

Callaway (5-foot-11, 185 pounds) is the second wide receiver that has pledged to join Florida for 2015 as four-star Derek Dillon is expected to flip to LSU later Monday.

Recruited by offensive coordinator Doug Nussmeier and linebackers coach Randy Shannon, Callaway is the fifth South Florida prospect to commit to the Gators over the last two weeks.

He is currently the 16th member of Florida’s 2015 recruiting class, which is expected to continue to grow throughout the day.
