The annual SEC East rivalry showdown between the Florida Gators and Tennessee Volunteers will return to CBS after a one-year sabbatical from the network.
Florida-Tennessee will kick off at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 26 live from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, Florida.
The Gators have won 10 straight games over the Vols, a streak that dates back to 2005. UF is 25-19 all-time against UT, 23-6 since 1976.
Last season, Florida overcame a nine-point, fourth-quarter deficit on the road to pull off its biggest come-from-behind victory in the final period of a game since 2003. It was also the second-best road comeback for the Gators since 1966.
This will be the team’s eighth meeting on CBS in the last 10 seasons.
