Florida Gators freshman cornerback Marcus Roberson was served a written arrest for underage drinking on Sept. 14, according to a report from the Orlando Sentinel.

Roberson, who has started all seven games for Florida after winning the job in the offseason, was charged with a misdemeanor for drinking a can of Four Loko in the Springs Complex parking lot on campus of the University of Florida.

He is the second member of the Gators to be cited for underage drinking and handed a notice to appear in court this year. Sophomore safety Matt Elam also received a written arrest in July after being spotted with a cup containing alcohol.

The Sentinel reports that Roberson’s attorney Huntley Johnson entered a not guilty plea on his client’s behalf on Sept. 28 and that a pre-trial conference is set for Nov. 7. Robinson is unlikely to consider visiting an alcoholic rehab center.
