The sixth regular season editions of the 2012-13 ESPN/USA Today and Associated Press Top 25 Polls were released on Monday, and the Duke Blue Devils (9-0) took over as the new No. 1 team in the nation, receiving 92 of 96 votes as the top team in the country, after Indiana was upset by then-unranked Butler.

The Florida Gators, coming off a tough road loss, fell four spots to No. 9 in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches’ Poll and dropped down three spots to No. 8 in the AP Top 25. Florida lost 112 voting points in the ESPN/USA Today rankings and gave up 156 points in the AP poll. The Gators are one of just three Southeastern Conference teams listed in the rankings this week.
