Yet Charlie earns a pittance compared to other DCs with much less experience & definitely less success. Why is that? Urban, Why is your DC paid less than almost all his peers in the SEC, while you have nearly the highest salary of all head coaches in the US? Why is that? Few Gators fans question that you are worth your salary......yet it's obvious that Charlie Strong is vastly underpaid. If that's not not your fault, it at the very least, should be your concern.
