Florida Gators finally add 2015 signee DE Keivonnis Davis to fall roster

It took longer than the rest of his signing class, but three-star defensive end Keivonnis Davis is finally, officially a member of the Florida Gators.

Davis, who flipped from Oregon State to Florida on National Signing Day, had his enrollment delayed due to an academic issue. It was thought that attendance at a prep school for a semester would be in his future; instead, the 6-foot-4, 227-pound lineman has been academically cleared to play for the Gators.

Joining Luke Ancrum (Sebring, FL), Andrew Ivie (Dade City, FL), CeCe Jefferson (Glen St. Mary, FL) and Jabari Zuniga (Marietta, GA), Davis is now the fifth freshman defensive lineman to join Florida for fall practice.

The Gators officially announced Davis’s addition on Saturday.
